LOGIC is a mix of funds chosen from the extensive Irish Life range
of pension and investment funds. The mix is actively managed by
the Bloxham team.

economic and stock market conditions, we will choose an
appropriate mix of assets using different funds, fund managers
and investment styles.
LOGIC uses a Core and Satellite strategy with three distinct
components:
Core – Around 20% will typically be invested in the Irish Life Consensus Fund as the foundation for global exposure to all assets.
Income Generation – 30%-50% of the fund will be invested in assets that have income generating characteristics such as bonds, property, high yield equities and cash. Income generation is an important part of the total return from a portfolio.
Growth – The remaining 30%-50% will be invested in equity or commodity funds with a global or sectoral focus. These specialist funds provide an opportunity for additional growth, and the Bloxham team actively manages the mix to ensure diversification and to take advantage of current market conditions.
The percentages allocated to each of these three parts, as well
as the choice of funds in each part, are regularly reviewed by the
LOGIC team. Our goal is to ensure that the fund is well diversified
to protect against adverse risk, and strategically placed in the
market to take advantage of growth opportunities. LOGIC is the
