Account Opening Forms

Discretionary Account

A discretionary account is managed on your behalf, according to an investment mandate agreed between you and your broker at the outset. Your broker will make investment decisions on your behalf within the criteria specified when setting up the account. You will receive regular valuations of your portfolio, and information on all trades being executed in your account.

Advisory Account

Under an advisory account your broker will give you information and advice on stock selection and portfolio structure. With this type of service you are involved in all decisions on your account, and no purchases or sales are made without your consent.

Execution Account

For those who want to take total control of their share dealing strategy you can open an execution only dealing account. You make all the decisions on what to buy and sell and at what price.

Transferring Shares

• Transferring existing Irish and UK shares into a nominee account – crest transfer form.

Switching to nominee from certificated
